Section I — How It Works

Dry Lease, Demystified

A dry lease means you are Pilot-in-Command — the aircraft is yours for the full term. You buy your own fuel; we cover the oil, insurance, and all maintenance. No instructor riding along, no scheduling conflicts, no surprises.

01

Pick Your Block

Choose a block of hours and a fixed lease term that fits your goals — from 30 hours up to 200. Lock in your rate up front.

02

1-Hour CFI Checkout

Complete a one-time checkout with an approved CFI, then sign the dry lease agreement. PPL and a current medical required.

03

Fly On Your Schedule

The keys are yours. Fly day or night, on your own time, no sharing — until your block hours are flown.
